as i got to school i raced to get changed after that i played handball. bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb the bell rang and i was ready we clambered over to the bus our class was lucky we got a whole bus to our self . once we got there they announced what we were doing but because we were meant to be doing long jump but because of the delay we had to do a adventure playground instead our first match was against atkin we won. then we versed selwyn and next patteson we won all of them.
next was the 200 meter sprint the announce the names she said a lot of names and then she said ´ Ryan Harding Dylan Harding´ that was me i was up againsted my brother Dylan as we got at our places i could´t choose between the first one and the second one at the end i choose the first one. ...
boom !!!!!!!! that was the noise of the starter gun we were of i had a bad started but i finished sensationally winning my group with the time of 26.23 i finished 2nd overall this made me pumped i had beat my brother i watched the other groups finish clapping happily. once everyone had finished Mrs hendsman announced our next event was the 400 m i grabbed my bag and i was of.
once we got there Mr Engels our principal announced that the girls were going first and the had to share a lane. there race was over in a flash next was my race but they announced that we were doing 3 sets of races and that we did not have to share a lane. i was in a rather easy pool but that did not matter because they counted how much seconds and that counted in the overall score i won my heat and surprisingly i won out of everyone this made me even more surprised.
next was lunch were we chatted about our results. after that we were of to the 100 meter sprint were we were put in the same pools as our 200 meter me and my brother came 1st equall which made us go through to the final where i came 5 out of 10 people.
next came shot put where i came 6th out 40 something people which made me happy i through it 2.31 meters this was about pack up time but not with out house relays were they choose the top boy and girl from each house i was chosen for my house along with my friends Aidan Harley and Ben we each had to run 100 meters when i received the baton colenso was 3rd and when i passed that the batton we were still 3rd overall my house colenso came last.
after that they did the events they did not have time to do an then we hoped in the bus. ´ what a day i said to myself´.
